In the 47th Chapter of Ezekiel, the prophet Ezekiel sees a large grove of trees planted within waters that flow from the sanctuary and whose leaves never wither and are for healing.
The heart behind Ezekiel tree is to rely upon the Spirit of God for healing rather than the reasonings of man.
We believe God is alive and well upon planet earth and His promises for healing are still available to us today through prayer and faith.
It is not for us to interpret scripture according to our experiences. Rather, we can seek His face to experience the compassionate promises of God here and now.
Ezekiel 47:12 NASB
By the river on its bank, on one side and on the other, will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither and their fruit will not fail. They will bear every month because their water flows from the sanctuary, and their fruit will be for food and their leaves for healing.”
“For I am the Lord who heals you.” – Exodus 15:26 NLT
He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds. – Psalm 147:2 NLT
When you are hurting and in pain, it is often easier to imagine that God will touch another than to believe that He will in fact heal you.
But, scripture reveals a Savior who healed all who came to him and not a random or favored few. His desire is for you to be made full in Him. His heart is for you.
Jesus saw the huge crowd as he stepped from the boat, and he had compassion on them and healed their sick. – Matthew 14:14 NLT
They begged him to let the sick touch at least the fringe of his robe, and all who touched him were healed. – Matthew 14:36 NLT
God's healing promises are for our bodies, our souls and our spirits.
Often, emotional and spiritual trauma manifests within our bodies.
